Jewellery Repairs
Reasonable measures should be taken by the buyer to care for their items, including protection against moisture and external chemicals, for example perfume. Items should be stored in their original packaging when not being worn and never in contact with other items of jewellery. Should an item need repair as a result of damage or wear and tear, we are happy to evaluate the item and provide a quote for the repair and any shipping costs involved. All repairs are carried out by our expert teams of skilled craftsmen.

At Louisa Guinness Gallery use British sizing for our rings. You may refer to the chart below to convert our sizing into other international systems. It is important to note that measurements may vary depending on the thickness of the band or the shapes and construction of our rings.
